Gentle, body-based anxiety therapy for women over 40 who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their heads, or unable to switch off.
Tania from VIC
You may look like you’re coping, while inside, your mind won’t switch off and your body never fully settles.
If anxiety keeps returning despite everything you’ve tried, it doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. Your body may have learned to stay on alert—and with gentle, body-based support, you can begin to feel safer, steadier, and more like yourself again.
Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, tension, restlessness, poor sleep, or a body that never quite relaxes. Your body may react before your thinking mind catches up—which is why we work with your nervous system, not just your thoughts.

Learn practical, body-based strategies to help you respond to anxiety with more calm and steadiness.

Explore the patterns, emotions, and physical sensations connected to your anxiety—without judgment or self-blame.

Take small, manageable steps to feel more confident handling difficult moments and responding to yourself with compassion.
Your sessions are private, supportive, and tailored to you. We use gentle, body-based strategies to help you feel more grounded — without forcing, fixing, or pushing you to revisit anything before you’re ready.
We begin by talking about what you’ve been experiencing and what you’d like help with. Before going any further, I’ll help you feel more present and grounded.
Sessions run for approximately 60–90 minutes. This gives us space to slow down, notice what is happening, and work at a pace that feels right for you.
You’ll learn gentle, body-based strategies and receive practical exercises you can return to when anxiety shows up in everyday life.
I’m an anxiety therapist based in Melbourne, and my approach is gentle, body-based, and trauma-informed. I understand how frightening it can feel when your body seems to be working against you — because I’ve experienced anxiety and panic myself.
Our sessions give you a private, non-judgmental space to feel supported and begin understanding what your anxiety may be trying to protect you from.
